The Saucey Sauce Company is a producer of artisanal, home-style, all-natural, and ready-to-serve Vietnamese sauces or “nuoc cham.” Known as the “ketchup of East Asia”, these savory sauces are made with fresh ingredients sourced from local producers in Brooklyn, NY.

Ken and Toan Huynh are a brother and sister team who use premium Vietnamese fish sauce, carefully blended with flavorful ingredients such as garlic, chilies, and ginger to create their incredible and unforgettable flavors. For these siblings, artisanal means using the best ingredients as well as a lot of love and care, just as their Mom and grandmom did before them.

These sauces are great as a savory light salad dressing, marinade, dipping sauce, or simply as a flavorful sauce to compliment any meal!
