Called by the NY Times "about the best frozen heat-and-serve latkes that have come our way," Linda's Gourmet Latkes was established in 2004 when Linda Hausberg realized that it was time to share her delicious mouth-watering latkes with the world. Linda was in charge of her daughter's casserole sale at the school and realized people were paying good money for prepared food and she knew there were no good latkes out in the stores worth serving. On a whim, she sent out an email three weeks before Hanukkah asking if anyone was interested in buying latkes which were ready to heat and serve and she received 100 orders and the Latke Journey began!

It didn't take long for people to realize that even if they didn't have the time or energy to create their own latkes, they could still enjoy homemade latkes that were equally "as good as Bubbie used to make."

Linda attributes her cooking ability to the many hours sitting on the kitchen counter and watching her mom, Selma Deeks, and, since moving to Los Angeles, her time spent with her sister-in-law and best friend, Jilly Willy. Linda's Gourmet Latkes are made from an original family recipe, sure to delight and keep you coming back for more.
