Chris Woehrle and Robert Stout met each other in Brooklyn as neighbors in the same building. What began as a passion for cooking, quickly became a full-scale business that reinvented one of America's great snack foods. 

The beef is 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised and non-confined with no antibiotics or added hormones. Their beef comes from the Simply Grazin' Organic farm in Skillman, NJ.
