Catskill Provisions is driven everyday, by the desire to give everything on their farm the best possible chance to grow to it’s full potential, and to bring you the amazing products produced in this wonderfull lush part of NY state. They forage the area and source as much as they can from other members of their community but their focus continues to be local honey, and now also local maple syrup.

They have been very careful in selecting bees that only produce a delicious variety of wildflower honey. They are located in a pretty spectacular part of the Catskills, at high altitudes, surrounded by abundant water sources and a great variety of plant life. All of this creates a perfect environment for bees to harvest exceptional honey… that is what inspired their motto “Happy Bees Make Better Honey”.
